About Debbie Battershill

Debbie Battershill worked on the Midlands Rose Society committee for 12 years and was Chairperson for four years. Debbie was Midlands Rose Society event co-ordinator for the 2014 National Rose Convention and Festival of Roses in KwaZulu Natal. She organised the first national rose convention in Pietermaritzburg, and collaborated, together with Nancy Gardiner, on the coffee table book A Reason for Roses.
