About Patrick Fieuw

Patrick Fieuw qualified with a BSc (Marine Biology) before getting his MB ChB degree. He did postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and spent the next five years in a rural practice before joining a general practice in Paarl in 1986. During that time he studied Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine, Homotoxicology and Homeopathy. He worked briefly in Canada before starting his current complementary medicine practice in Paarl in 1994. Patrick was a founder member of SACMA, past Chairman of the Ayurvedic Association, Chairman of the Biological Medicine Association and now an executive committee member of SASIM. He is involved in developing the first postgraduate course in integrative medicine at the University of Stellenbosch Medical School.
