Give Back to Ourselves and the Planet

As I sit down to write this December letter, I’m struck by the irony of our modern holiday season. We’re surrounded by messages of abundance, yet many of us end up feeling depleted – physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

What if we reimagined abundance? Not as excess, but as mindful choices that nourish both our bodies and our planet. Can the age-old ‘season of giving' become the ‘season of giving back' – to our health, our communities, and the environment?

Did you know that household waste increases by 25% during the holiday season? At the same time, stress-related health issues spike to their highest levels of the year. These aren’t separate problems – they’re symptoms of the same disconnection. The solution to holiday overwhelm isn’t another juice cleanse or miracle supplement. It’s about creating celebrations that feel good from the inside out – for our bodies, our relationships, and the planet.

In this issue, we challenge conventional wisdom from overcoming depression, insomnia & related sleep disorders naturally to magnesium as the understated mineral.

    Thank You!

As we wrap up another year, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to our readers, authors, and advertisers for your unwavering support. Your passion for natural health and wellness continues to inspire everything we do.

A special thank you to everyone who has supported me through the new ‘Buy Me a Coffee' feature – your generosity means the world! If you haven’t had a chance yet and would like to show your support, you can click here to buy me a coffee. Every contribution helps fuel the work we do and keeps this community thriving.

Wishing everyone around the globe – and the Natural Medicine World community – a joyful holiday season filled with peace, health, and happiness. Here’s to a vibrant and prosperous new year ahead!

    Yours in Healthy Living
