A healthy breakfast to break that night-time fast, fills up those energy stores and fuels you up for the day – so all things considered, it’s pretty important!
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ courgette
- ½ beetroot
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 carrot
- 2 cm broccoli stem
- handful spinach leaves
- 1 lime
- 2 apples
- ½ avocado
- 1 small handful of ice
HOW TO MAKE
- 1. Pop the avocado and ice into a blender
- 2. Peel the lime and then juice along with all other ingredients.
- 3. Pour the juice into the blender
- 4. Blitz until smoooooooth!
